Dulu saya pernah bekerja di ILC Pada tahun 2014. Jujur manajemen perusahaan ini kacau sekali terutama tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia , perusahaan hanya menggerogoti tenaga manusia tanpa memberikan kompensasi yang berarti, sales disuruh kerja 12 jam, customer service kerja 12 jam, memang kami orang miskin yang butuh pekerjaan sehingga saya mau dan akhirnya bekerja sambil mencari perusahaan yang bagus. Alhamdulillah sekarang saya diterima di salah satu bank swasta di Jakarta Timur.
ILC dengan bossnya adalah Pak Husein adalah orang yang sombong, congkak, dan suka menghina bawahan kemudian. Dia adalah orang yang licik dengan berbagai kontrak kerja di mana , kita tidak boleh bekerja di perusahaan sejenis setelah resign dari ILC. Apakah itu ada dalam UU Ketenagakerjaan yang tidak memperbolehkan orang lain bekerja di perusahaan yang sama , sama seperti bank dari Bank M Bisa saja pindah ke Bank B. Banyak HAM yang dilanggar dalam kontrak ILC. Semua itu adalah otak dari petinggi ILC yaitu Husein Lee, Werdy Kasim , dan Fernanda Nando. Kemudian saya yang saya rasakan adalah disana petingginya tidak menghargai wanita, para manajer laki–laki suka merayu wanita yang menjadi bawahannya terkadang dengan cara yang tidak sopan. Saya bersyukur saya tidak bekerja di perusahaan kursus namun saya bekerja di perbankan nasional.
Saya mendengar dari kawan saya yang masih bekerja di sana sudah 3 bulan ini, pembayaran gaji selalu telat dan tidak sesuai dengan waktu yang dijanjikan padahal kita sudah bekerja mati –matian 12 jam selama 6 hari seminggu 4 minggu sebulan + beberapa sisa hari dibulan itu. ILC benar –benar tidak bisa dipercaya sebagai perusahaan. Saya mendukung blog ini untuk melakukan boikot terhadap ILC

Klo yang ini saya setujaaaa ehhhhh setuju ,saya juga pernah dengar dari kalau si werd** kasi* itu juga pernah affair sama bawahanya mpe abors* di salah satu RS di daerah mangga2 parahhhhhhhhhhh…..ini orang memang bajingan tengik ,tanggung enak doank tp gak tanggung jawab,klo ILC masih mempekerjakan ini orang kebangatan tu ILC,ini orang cocoknya masuk penjara biar di sodomi rame rame….saya doakan segera dapat karma nya ,#sorrysedikitemosijiwakarnakorbanyatemandekatsaya.

Astagfirullahallazim , Memang ILC harus segera mendapatkan Azab Allah SWT, Agar diperingatkan bahwa ada hukum akhirat nantinya yang akan menjerat orang – orang seperti Husein Sastranegara , Werdy Kasim dan Fernanda Nando. Semoga Allah SWT melihat hal ini dan membukakan mata pelanggan agar tidak menyumbangkan setiap pundi rupiah kepada perusahaan bejat ini

Admin , Please find a new things about Husein Lee and Werdy Kasim because I think this school is really dangerous , beside of their cheating to the student , This school also have a sexual crime follow with with the list of the people inside of this school.
Please kindly to always put news about ILC until everybody know about ILC
I am not in Indonesia, so I totally rely on reports and articles from people in Indonesia. If you have true stories which are accurate, please let me know. But remember, this is not a smear campaign. We can only report the truth.
I just put my comment about people in ILC , Please you can edit my news. Actually I am working around 2 years with ILC and I know anything , I am teacher and I just resign from ILC because they make un-affair my contract with the reality.
OMG ,Thank you Admin. You so kindly to spend your time to help a lot of family in Indonesia to refuse course like TBI , Rumah Bahasa , Global Bahasa , Global Language Center , and ILC. Actually a lot of language course like ILC but you did not know , I will try to find anything news about the language course like ILC

Dear all who wants to know about ILC. I was a teacher in ILC and its embarassing to tell you that but I dont want people to have my bad experience there.
ILC is the worst language center ever. the company not even ready to start but they didnt care and what happen now is they’re dying. Hussein doesnt know how to run a business. he only wants money. he doesnt care about everything other than money.
In ILC they wanted me to do lots of stuff that wasnt my job to do that. They found out i can speak more than 1 or 2 language and they want me to teach 2 to 3 language with the normal or 1 language salary. they didnt give us any holiday, we just have holiday on the red mark calender. even sometimes we work on the red mark day. no allowance. no bonus. no overtime pay. nothing for the workers. the money all for them.
they kicked me out without any reason. the day before i got kicked, they told me to come to the head office and i asked why but they didnt want to tell me why, until the next day i came there and they kicked me without any allowance. i asked for the allowance but nothing. they said they couldnt give us the allowance. not only me but lots of my friends also got kicked in the same day. i looked for hussein, ika, and werdy but no one answered. we got kicked by nando that time. nando tried to look good in front of us, wanted to help us n stuff. but too bad it was sooo fake.
my ex students kept looking for me because they couldnt find me in ILC, ILC told them i was on holiday, but sorry to say i told them they kicked me.
but the students said they dont wanna go to ILC anymore because im not there anymore. too bad ILC, too bad. u kicked the wrong person.
the price for the students all different each other because some of the money goes to the marketing staff.
the management in ILC is so weird. they’re not ready.
they dont have the job description for every workers there. when i asked if they have one, they said its still on the way, but now, nothing. they dont know anything about business and education. all about money for them. but then because of that, ILC is dying because they’re too greedy.
too many problems they have there that i cant even remember to type down here. if you wanna talk about ILC, this comment box never enough for all the problems we have in ILC until now. they’re too bad to talk about. im just helpin people here to know ILC. actually im not that mad to ILC anymore. i’ve moved on. but i can understand for you guys that just had problem with them. ur not alone. haha.
