Who on Earth is this Chezal anyway? “She” started promoting TBI CELTA courses on Dave’s ESL Cafe back in 2009. It is now 2013 and Chezal is still rushing to TBI’s defense on Dave’s like a yapping guard-dog every time people dare to criticize the honor of The Binsar Institute. In 2009 some people on Dave’s (an ESL forum) said they found the TBI CELTA course boring and Chezal (who claims never to have been to TBI Jakarta in “her” posts) defended TBI CELTA strenuously and said she had never known anyone to find RW boring. Huh? But you said in other posts Chezal that you were based in TBI Medan and had never been tempted to move to Jakarta. So are we expected to believe that RW’s reputation stretched 1700 km to North Sumatra where Chezal claims to have endlessly picknicking with Indonesians on tops of scenic hills?

Some other people on Dave’s have accused Chezal or being just an advertiser or promoter in disguise, trying to drum up business for the TBI CELTA. We will leave you to draw your own conclusions but “she” is certainly a busy little dynamo. Between 2009 and 2013 she posted on Dave’s ESL Cafe 122 times, running down EF dozens of times and pimping TBI dozens and dozens of times. Some of the things which she attacks EF for (eg. not paying tax and not handing out tax slips) are exactly the same at TBI! I can assure you Chezal would not have received an accurate tax slip at TBI Medan so why does this biased young “lady” attack other schools on this ground?

Now Chezal claims to have worked at TBI Medan from 2004-2007 approximately, but in the quoted passage, she is still defending TBI and attacking TBI critics in 2013. Chezal may claim “there is more to life than axe grinding”, (which is just her way of invalidating a totally worthwhile anti-corruption campaign against a company which has employed death threats against some ex-teachers) but there is also more to life than promoting and defending a company and CELTA course you allegedly haven’t worked for in 6 years either. What really is Chezal’s motive in coming onto Dave’s ESL cafe 122 times and defending TBI? Let me leave you with the incredible similarities between the biography of Chezal and David Bradbury, the former CELTA trainer and venal co-conspirator with Luke Preece.
