Luke Preece distorts and misrepresents everything with complete disregard for the truth. Yesterday he wrote us a ludicrous and unintentionally laughable post as ‘Michelle’ which claimed that all of the posts and screen dumps we use could be fakes, as it is possible to buy hex encryption codes online (whatever they are). I thought hexes were something the girls on ‘Charmed’ put on their enemies, but apparently computer programmers use hex ‘codes’. According to Luke, Cam and I hate him so such that we could have manipulated hex codes and encrypted multiple fake emails and screen dumps to fool the TBI gullible. Presumably we do this evil encryption on an island which we rent from Goldfinger or some other Bond villain. He claimed that our blogging standards and computer knowledge was crap (with great justification) a few months back. But now we have metamorphosed into computer geniuses who are hacking codes and manipulating screen dumps with evil glee. Hmmm. I wonder if anyone will not burst out laughing at hearing such guff!

But such pathological lying is par for the course for a sociopath. Now I have been careful not to use this word for anyone except Luke Preece on this blog until now. Luke has claimed we are saying Matthew France and others are sociopaths too. Rubbish. Never said it once in 250 blog posts. I think France was a greedy, dishonest man who was ruthlessly used by Preece to advance Preece’s own selfish agenda, but he was just a morally weak person as far as I know. But there is one other person inside TBI who I feel sure is a sociopath (moral imbecile) and that person is Binsar Simorangkir. Teacher descriptions of his behaviours seem right off the behaviour check list for sociopathy. It should not strike anyone as a coincidence that TBI has two sociopaths in one lair: they aren’t as rare a creature as you might think. On in fifty men are sociopaths and they stock the prisons of the world. The smarter ones often work their ways into positions of power as ‘white-collar’ crims.

Let’s look at some of the features of the textbook sociopath:

• Glibness and Superficial Charm 
• Manipulative and Conning 
  They never recognize the rights of others and see their self-serving behaviors as permissible. They appear to be charming, yet are covertly hostile and domineering, seeing their victim as merely an instrument to be used. They may dominate and humiliate their victims. 
• Grandiose Sense of Self 
  Feels entitled to certain things as “their right.” 
• Pathological Lying 
  Has no problem lying coolly and easily and it is almost impossible for them to be truthful on a consistent basis. Can create, and get caught up in, a complex belief about their own powers and abilities. Extremely convincing and even able to pass lie detector tests. 
• Lack of Remorse, Shame or Guilt 
  A deep seated rage, which is split off and repressed, is at their core. Does not see others around them as people, but only as targets and opportunities. Instead of friends, they have victims and accomplices who end up as victims. The end always justifies the means and they let nothing stand in their way. 

 Does Binsar have superficial charm? Clearly he does, yes. Remember that picture of him handing out an ipad? He has a big smile and he looks like he is greatly enjoying himself handing out an ipad to a lucky winner. Most teachers report thinking he was a nice guy at first. Just like Luke Preece, he introduced his family to later victims, as if to say, “Look I’m a church-going family man who you can trust.” Most people I know who had met Binsar at conventions and so on were shocked when they found out what he really was. ‘But he seemed so nice…’, was a common remark.

They may seem superficially charming…but they see their victims merely as instruments to be used. Isn’t this the very essence of what the TBI victims are saying? Once he got twelve months’ work out of the latest Bekasi teacher he stopped playing nice and refused to pay his airfare contribution and reneged on a promise to pay THR, offering a measly 50% of what he had promised. He also withheld the guy’s KITAS for 11 months (totally illegal) and robbed TBI Head Office of revenue and royalties by not declaring the school’s real income.  Everything he does reeks of dishonesty, manipulation and cunning: the hallmarks of the sociopath.

And look at this one from the sociopath descriptor list. How perfectly does it describe the true character of a Preece or Simorangkir?

Not concerned about wrecking others’ lives and dreams. Oblivious or indifferent to the devastation they cause. Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed. 

We have now printed close to a hundred different emails, reports, screen dumps and teacher testimonials from multiple teachers and managers who back up our claims that these men are scoundrels. The latest Bekasi teacher has gone through every aspect of his time of employment there in pain-staking detail and I thank him greatly for his consideration for others. His story corroborates the earlier Bekasi teachers’ stories that Binsar was a cheap, lying and ruthless operator. But do Binsar or Luke Preece ‘fess up that their school is a toxic waste dump of exploitative practises? Of course not. All we get is errant nonsense about fakely encoded hex codes which are beamed direct from Planet Sociopath.

The Beakasi teacher reports that when he left, Binsar hadn’t found a replacement for him. The school is now in a sharp downward spiral. We hope that enough people read this blog so that no one else will step into TBi Bekasi for a year of being lied to by Binsar, this sociopathic monster.
